The world's biggest video games awards ceremony.

Context

For the second year we had the pleasure of collaborating with the world’s biggest video games awards ceremony.

The Game Awards recognizes and upholds creative and technical excellence in the global video game industry, bringing together game developers, game developers and notable names from popular culture to celebrate and advance gaming's position as the most immersive, challenging and inspiring form of entertainment.

Our visual concept for The Game Awards emerged from a collaborative effort with Studio Herrström, where we built upon their brand identity to craft a celebratory visual narrative. Inspired by 1920s art, we took cues from modern art deco styles, infusing a glamorous and celebratory vibe with luxurious gold tones. The integration of geometric shapes enhances the overall sense of glamour and grandiosity, delivering a sophisticated visual identity that marks the ceremony's 10th anniversary in style.

We collaborated directly with the show’s mastermind and host, Geoff Keighley, in defining the art direction and creation of the main key visuals for this year’s edition.
